  1. I much rather see the Chinese than the Hellenic Egypt. I have been hearing that the Ptolemaic military is basically Macedonian styled. With very minimal Egyptian influence. This is kinda disappointing because the game has so many Gerco-Roman factions already. A faction like the Qin would be amazing! And it would invite other demographics into the game. Qin and Maurya would represent Asia
  2. North African forest elephants(left) are smaller than Indian elephants(right).
  3. Bihar, Bengal, Eastern UP, Orissia, etc are East India, East India Magadha is an east Indian kingdom. North India is Punjab, Sindh, Kashmir, etc @SB I dont know what type of dark Europeans you've been seeing. Anyways, this skin tone thing is a non issue. They made them brown, which is accurate.
  4. They are fairer, but not wheat colored like he said. Most of them are very much brown... And no way in hell fair as Europeans. Besides, Mauryans arent from North or South. How they had it in the game is fine anyways.
  5. Lolz, I went to N India. Most of them arent fair or wheat colored. Mauryans are East Indians btw.
  6. That's a placeholder. It looks like a Persian emperor. Persians copied Mesopotamian styles, so they look similar.
  7. @Enrique Okay @sails I agree with idanwin. It would be cool to add at least 2 symbols. Like the wheel of law.
  8. I personally think you guys should only have a howdah for the emperor.
  9. On more thing is it possible to switch the sails on the fishing boat to square like the others? Because from the sources triangle sails came about much later.
  10. Yeah, put more shields and weapons on the sides( I think interior) so it looks more militarized.
  11. Just have the front sail squareish too paper. Not triangular shaped.
  12. Only other suggestion is, I think the umbrella is probably better. The roof is really nice, and aesthetically pleasing, but looks like modern Mahabharata depictions. Which are always over embellished. And aren't the best references. my 2 cents
  13. @Enrique There are ornamental headbands for the elephants. And also something over the ears. And bells are also used consistently. Here is what I mean from the reliefs. Here is painting of the design.
  14. Even then. looks kinda off..:/ Still I think it's better to see people's reconstructions only from that period or around it. Not look at armor examples from 2000+ years later.
