  1. It's called ActorEditor and it's invoked though the Atlas Editor but all of the unit definitions are in XML so editing directly with a text editor(notepad++/Windows or gedit/Linux) is quicker. Enjoy the Choice
  2. That lag is caused by path-finding not the AI it is stated quite clearly in the known issues thread and has been for about a year now there a few other things in that thread you should be aware of as well it is being worked on. Enjoy the Choice
  3. Low blow but it was irresistible Enjoy the Enjoy
  4. Most of the game publishers just do not see Linux as a market let alone a market share so they ignore it.That may change if Steam shows a profit from their Linux client but until they see the green no change There are packaging concerns as there is no standard that works with all distros .deb,.rpm or an install script ala the old Loki games installer. Enjoy the Choice
  5. Check this wiki page http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/Finding_Your_Way_Around It will give you all the details. Enjoy the Choice
  6. Yes as there is no campaign system yet. Enjoy the Choice
  7. That is a compressed version and as you said will not open you can find the uncompressed files in the svn repo BTW there is no converter Enjoy the Choice
  8. How about an other idle animation sleeping after all conserving energy is a prime feline behaviour Enjoy the Choice
  9. There are already food trees and bushes just no game mechanism to plant them there has been some discussion on having berries and such growing back after you strip them but that has not been implemented. Enjoy the Choice
  10. That idea of limiting time periods has been part of the original game conception for years the game engine is generalized it's the content that varies creating it takes lots of time. Enjoy the Choice
  11. First off not enough info to help you, which OS are you running 0AD on and have you looked at the wiki at all. Enjoy the Choice
  12. Just a reminder this is a predominantly English forum so a very few will be able to actually read what you have written with out using goggle translate and most will just not bother so you end up speaking in a vacuum,You can not expect Lion to translate all your posts Enjoy the Choice
  13. Nice Enrique of course it takes a long set up ever seen video of a tiger stalk, one I have seen was about a 30 minutes long it was shot in a tiger preserve with the final attack in a small lake prey was an deer. Enjoy the Choice
  14. I have a feeling that using priests as healers goes back to Gary Gygax's Chain mail game which was then developed into D&D. Enjoy the Choice
  15. As for number 3 have a look at each building where each unit is trained, play some more as the units don't vary that much from civ to civ their stats and such would be just clutter in the visual field in less that a week as you become more familiar with the game so if we did do that a config variable would need to be added to turn it off and adding new elements to the render layer is not that trivial so lots of C++ code would need to to created(and programmers are lazy by definition it's why we write code so we don't have to do it again ) Enjoy the Choice
  16. Love the power in that walk Enrique hope that an attack animation matches it. Enjoy the Choice
  17. And even maybe tie it to a tech night watch seems to fit. Enjoy the Choice
  18. Your link to the images is not working all I see is blank space. Enjoy the Choice
  19. BTW the head piece on the horse is a bit to bright IMO it holds the eye and kinda distorts the horse's head. Enjoy the Choice
  20. In the current svn only One Hero Unit may be active at any time so classifying elephants as such is not viable. As most civs that used them used lots at once as a single elephant is just meat in any battle. Enjoy the Choice
  21. It's a wonder so most of the size rules get tossed and we do want to maintain historical accuracy(keep the history geeks happy) It looks good.Luck getting the texture wrangled. One of the Art guys will no doubt chime in with some more specific comments. Enjoy the Choice
  22. In other slightly less polite words put up or shut up Enjoy the Choice
  23. Remember seeing them live way back in the early 70's and as you said awesome. Enjoy the Choice
  24. It's should be part of the next release but the lag is not graphics related but due to our path-finding algorithm which is not a trivial issue it's being worked on though.Till then you can edit the config file with any text editor where that file is will depend on which OS you are using. Enjoy the Choice
  25. The plan is to have a multi-player lobby system for the next alpha release hopefully remember this game is still a work in progress that is dependent on user generated content both code and art sides so that may change the plan Enjoy the Choice
