Hey, massive maps are cool with me... Anyway, here's an idea of how big ships would be on screen.... try taking this screenshot and blowing it up (or shrinking it) to fit your whole screen. You'll see how big ships would truly be.

I like my computer mouse... sometimes it doesn't do what I tell it to do, but mostly obeys my commands.

"Inconsequential" - My favorite word. It means "meaningless, or something with a negligible effect." Say it slowly... fun word to pronounce.

Objects... I want a ton of different objects to use. Without the various objects, you can't MAKE eyecandy. LOL

Probably very similar to AOM's editor. One thing though, is I think we need to allow for greater height differentiation than AOM's editor does. Also, a mountain tool would be nice, rather than just a "cliffs" tool. When I mean "mountian" I mean rough, jagged, and steep.

The resource centre really isn't a blacksmith or whathaveyou, so I'm leaving the "smelter" motiff to the military centre which is essentially the blacksmith/armory. They did have cranes back then, though! The Athenians used very large cranes with which to stack the cylindrical marble sections of their temple columns. I don't know how I'd integrate such a thing into a building that is supposed to be one of the smaller player-created buildings. However, I think the "crane" idea would be GREAT in the citizen "building" animation... now... how to integrate THAT??? RON has something similar in their building animations. Thanks for the input! Any other ideas, suggestions?!

Correction on "witch." A witch is anyone (woman OR man) from various pagan religions that cast spells. These spells can be for either good or evil. However, popular culture, arising from innaccurate and superstitious christian belief, uses the word to describe an old lady with a big nose and warts that calls on the devil to do her bidding. "Lame" if you ask me.

B - Movies Are generally pretty BAD movies to any normal human being. They usually unleash their horror on the world due to low production budgets and poor scripting.... not to mention bad acting (although this may or may not be the case in all instances). They are a "guilty pleasure" to some. Some examples would be: Rocky Horror Picture Show Most 1950s Sci-Fi Friday the 13th ...etc..... Here's a good website for everyone: http://www.badmovies.org/

I personally wouldn't defend the original Ancient Brittain article either. If the author was simply writing about legends and giving his opinion, then why is it on a webpage about history? However, he presents the mythology as fact, making it a double mistake for its inclusion in our group of articles. Just my opinion.

Hopefully the market for these type of movies won't become saturated by the time I am ready with my "Athens" screenplay.
