Download and install TortoiseSVN Dowlnoadpage https://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html Standard setting during install will work After finishing installation create a new folder in your Userdirectory. It should be located in "C:\users\username" . I called my directory "0adsvn" Then right click on the new created directory and choose "SVN Checkout..." In the Checkout mask just enter the URL of repository: "http://svn.wildfiregames.com/public/ps/trunk" Then click on "OK" Now it starts downloading the 0ad SVN version. Depending on your Inet speed this will take 20-45 minutes and needs arround 1,5 -2GB free HardDisk Space After the checkout is complete, you can start the SVN game from the "pyrogenesis.exe" binary wich is located in your created folder under \binaries\system\ I created a shortcut for this and placed it on my desktop. Dont forget to updated your 0ad SVN copy every time you going to play in svn. This can easily be done by right click on your 0adsvn directory and choosing "SVN Update" Have fun

  2. Small correction: the folder doesn't need to be in C:\users\username. I've mine located on an external HDD in the root folder 'D:\'.

  3. Hi guys!!! The strategy used at the time is rush champs, for all players in all maps. there is no variety of strategies. Scythewirley are trying to change some things, but I have not like some of them. (my opnion) Scy nerfed champs now, in armour, production time and price, and i agree, although I think a bit exaggerated. biggest problem is increase armour for structures. Normal soldiers have no chance vs structures at the time, now with these changes, they are useless. And as the champs were nerfed, how do we do to destroy or capture structures??? I know he would change some things yet, but would like to discuss this issue. I would like to see normal soldiers can destroy buildings, this is enable the game to several new tactics and strategies.   4. Hey, just an update. I may or may not have strep throat coming on. My fiancée has it and I'm starting to feel a bit sick, so I may be getting it but I'm not 100% sure. If so, it might be a week or so before I can record again, so the test tutorial type thing might take a couple weeks. I'll try and get it done much sooner if I dodge this bullet. In the mean time, this is a tutorial type thing teaching the very basics of a game about a year ago: That's the one that ended up netting me the first result on YouTube for the game. Also about half of the first page of videos on YouTube for it are mine, strangely enough. darn fun game by the way for anyone who hasn't played it. Also my audio quality is a lot better now than it was in that video, I've been learning a lot about audio engineering and I just got a new proper studio headset earlier this week to help me with EQ.

  8. Soldiers can be seen on their ships in this case like the marines in 300 (2) and also that you could see the archers on the ships fireing

  9. Hi, When a player start a server, it would be helpfull to see his IP . Then he'll be able to communicate it to other players without making an ipconfig. Megaglest is doing it and it's very more easy for LAN.
