  1. My friend fcxSanya and I met the same problem: Currently it's impossible to rebuild a lost wall turret without destroying/rebuilding adjacent wall segments: I have enough gold and stone resources to build wall turrets, but could not be established. BTW:This problem has 10 days, but still has not been resolved, please help me and my friends, thank you.

  2. How Report Errors An error is when the game notifies the user that something bad happened, they are typically both logged and displayed as messages in the game window: The game will continue after most errors, but they may trigger more errors. Errors are often caught by the developers but sometimes they sneak into the Alpha releases. To report the exact messages, open interestinglog.html in your web browser and copy the contents into your bug report. The location of the logs varies by OS, see GameDataPaths. A screenshot of the message is less desirable as compression and scaling artifacts obscure the text, and you may not see all the errors. It's very useful if you can remember the steps to reproduce the error. http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/ReportingErrors you must try to be familiar with the trac. our wiki have some info about this kind of cases.

  3. Thanks for advertising this particular issue (which is #3789 btw), but we have lots of other tickets on Trac and I don't see how duplicating random one of them on the forums (without adding any information) helps.

  4. Thank you. I have the manual bookmarked, so that I can pause the game and RTFM as needed. I'll have to remember to look at that Demo Map. I want to learn enough of the game to be playing it at the Girl Gamer Convention at the beginning of April, and have something better to offer than simply trial and error until you work things out for yourself.

  5. I think impact sound should come from actor or entity that impacted. This way game can have wooden impact sounds, stone impact sounds, etc. base on the object being impacted. So if a wooden building like a house, it could have "sound impact catapult wood" or something while a stone building like a fortress or stone wall would have "sound impact catapult stone." So the catapult projectile would make different sound base on the impacted structure. Would need some code for a ground thud for missed targets.
