subject: Capturing vs Attacking buildings

The aim of this version is to test changes related to unit behavior, wall placement, and capture balance. Units will no longer get stuck attacking buildings on their own, walls may be placed over trees and are easier to build, but weaker, and capturing is made more difficult compared to destroying buildings.

Wall placement:

- Walls and palisades may be placed over trees, deleting the trees upon completion.
- Palisades are 25% cheaper, build 50% faster, -1 crush armor, -5 pierce armor, and -1 hack armor.
- Walls are cheaper, build faster, -9 hack, -5 pierce, and -1 crush armor.

Building Capture/Attack balance:

These changes increase the capture advantage the attacked must have to capture a building.
- All structures default captue regeneration: 0.5 -> 5
- Civic center default capture regeneration: 5 -> 20
- Fortress default capture regeneration: 10 -> 30

Decreased building armor:
- Storehouses and farmsteads: 10h 15p 1c
- Houses: 13h 18p 1c
- Outpost: 10h 15p 1c
- Barracks, stable, market, forge, dock: 18h 28p 2c
- temple: 20h 28p 3c
- "Special" buildings, such as Hero buildings, Spartan mess hall, Athenian gymnasium: 20h, 25p, 3c
- Towers, Fortress and Civic Center: unchanged
