Some of you might know that WildFire Studios is preparing its team for the largest Total Conversion of AOK ever!

That is the code name we have given the project, 0 AD. Here is the rundown of the basic idea. The time is ranging between 500BC and 500AD. During this the Roman Empire waxes and wanes. Barbarians invade the civilized world. Egypt lost its previous world prominence. Alexander the Great went on his war campaign. Hannibal, Julius, Scipio, Cleopatra, Jesus, Marcus Antonius, Attila and the list goes on and on. An age of heros that was, has never been seen since.

So here is the basic idea. The Meso-American Civs will be the Egyptians. The Asians and Western Europeans will be the Barbarians. The Arabics will be the Middle Easterners; because the Northern part of the world was so under advanced we will try to make them as barbaric as possible.

We will have numerous units edited, and many from AOE. The Egyptian Building set will be totally new. The Roman Set will be a combination of "Rome at War" and "All Roads Lead to Rome" mod packs.

We will have one person who make the final decisions if there is a conflict or a tie break decision, that is Sud Commander. He will be advised by Wijitmaker. Of the 5 Civ sections, there will be 5 leaders, and a number of helpers depending on the difficultly of the changes. That leader will head the project for that civ, all final decisions will be make by that person. And he only reports to Sud Commander. We will have helper to assist the leader with that civ, and numerous "floaters" that will help everyone.
