Armory
The armory functions solely as the research center for
all Noldorin military technologies. In fact, this building
hosts 11 different upgrades and 4 different researches
that all function to improve the Noldorin military by
either increasing statistics of units, or providing
them with new abilities.

Fortress
The most advanced and expensive of the Noldorin buildings,
the Fortress has numerous functions. First and foremost,
it is a training facility for the most advanced Noldorin
unit, the Noldorin Lord, and houses many advanced military
technologies. It is a civic center building, which means
it defines its own home area and does not need to be
built within the home area provided by a Refuge. And
the fortress also functions as a deposit point for all
depositable resources.

Wall/Gate
The
Noldor were well known for their unparalleled grasp
of architecture and the construction of defenses. It
was the Noldor who built the greatest stoneworks of
Arda - Tirion upon Tûna, in Valinor, Gondolin
deep within the encircling mountains, Minas Tirith atop
Tol Sirion, and Vinyamar, perched on the lofty coastal
cliffs of Nevrast. The Noldor built walls of fantastic
strength and design.

Watch
Tower
The Noldor, again, known for their mastery of defense
structures, above all desired to build towers into the
sky. From Tirion to Minas Tirith (of Tol-Sirion) and
Elostirion, the lofty towers of the Noldor were landmarks
of Middle-earth and Valinor. But they served not only
the great asthetic purpose of reaching ever higher -
they were bulwarks of the Noldorin defense system. The
Noldorin Watch tower, once garrisoned with units, becomes
a lethally tall platform from which to shoot arrows
at invading enemies. With the Guardhouse expansion,
the Watch Tower increases in capacity, damage, and hitpoints,
and with the beacon expansion, increases the tower's
Line of Sight and allows the tower to notify the player
and his allies of far away enemies with a grand horn
blow and a blazing light.
Building Expansions: Guardhouse, Beacon
