Economic Overview:

The Lake-men profited considerably from trading with their neighbours in Mirkwood, Erebor, Rhovanion, and the Iron Mountains, thus in TLA they have been a bonus on trade exchanges.

Commodities:

  • Food
  • Wood (small bonus on production)
  • Gold (small bonus on mining)
  • Stone (small bonus on mining)

Goods:

  • Leather
  • Ale
  • Wine (small bonus on production)

Political Alignment:

  • Friendly: Dwarves, Rohan, Galadhrim, Dorwinion, Beornings
  • Neutral: Realms in Exile, Noldor, Drúedain, Dunland, Avari, Hobbits, Bree, Harad/Umbar, Isengard
  • Hostile: Gundabad, Mordor, Wainriders

Military Overview:

Esgaroth and Dale have a small army, but it is sufficient to secure their borders. They are very trade-oriented (both on land and on water) and usually escort their Caravans or Trade Boats.
